Now before you get too excited, sorry, but I'm not going to be dispersing nickels and pennies. Not that kind of change. :-)
Nooo....... what's coming is an Everyday You beautification! I've been working on a new look, and will begin implementing it soon! I know I haven't posted for a while, and now you know why. :)
It's been a busy summer between the beautification project, ordering new marketing materials, weddings and portrait sessions, album design, etc. WHEW! It's making me tired just thinking about it! Tomorrow I will be shooting a wedding portrait session for Tara and Allen, then Saturday I will be in Wichita for some family time (and maybe a brief photo session, it wouldn't be the first time!).
So you all have a fab weekend and keep your eyes peeled for the "new YOU"!!!!!

Tomorrow is one of my favorite holidays! It's a great chance to see family, enjoy great food and have a good time, as well as to reflect and be thankful for what we have. It might not seem like much at times, but I think it's important to really stop and think about these things.
Okay, enough semi-deep thoughts from me, and a couple of things....
First, everyone who sends me a photo of their Thanksgiving table spread will be entered in a drawing to win something cool. Very cool...like a way cool picture frame!!! Send them to kathryn@everydayyou.com, pretty please! I will announce the winners next week, so you gotta get them emailed to me by Sunday night.
Second, due to the fact I was out of town last weekend, I'm extending holiday card deadlines to December 3rd. We need to have a final design settled on by then to allow for time to get your cards back from the magic place that makes the cards appear on paper, and, *gasp* to allow time for any mistakes! (surely the mistake wouldn't be mine though, I never make mistakes! ;-) ha ha! )
Third, have a wonderful Thanksgiving holiday!

I had the pleasure of photographing Linda and her daughter Charlie, along with their furbabies Rydell and Raeger. I wish them both the best on the upcoming changes to their lives!!
A little bit of vintage and texture

Linda just obtained her Master's in Communication Studies from FHSU, which was also the setting for the session
