You can tell by Carson's room that his parents are excited to meet him...everything is ready. I had the pleasure of photographing Melissa and her husband Jeff last night in their home, to help document the wait.
Sometimes it can be slightly intimidating to barge (well, not really barge, I was invited!) into someone's personal space - their home - and scout around, but neither Jeff nor Melissa were deterred when we completely re-arranged their entire kitchen to do some shots. I truly enjoyed hanging out with them and getting some images to help them remember this special time.
Here are a few pictures, and I'm excited to meet Carson this fall!
Their home is very inviting..I felt welcome from the minute I walked in the door.

Carson's room and crib are so cute...or should I say manly?

I just loved this little outfit, as well as the changing table!

I have known Amy for several years now, and tonight as I was preparing to post some of her maternity images on my blog, I realized something...at many of the important, life-changing moments in her life, I've been there to capture it. Engagement, marriage, now maternity, and soon newborn (yay!). Here's a quick stroll down memory lane.....
engagement...

wedding day.....

And the latest chapter, expecting....
